Registration Fee: RMB 100 Material Fee: RMB 150 Tuition Fee:
Tuition Fee is to be paid according to the type of course 2 weeks
before each course begins (3 weeks ahead of time for Spring, Summer
& Winter Study Tour). You are expected to pay the fee to our
reception at Puxi center.
Chinese cultural appreciation & lectures offer a preferential
price for the regular language students of the same term.
Two-Day Spring Trip offers a preferential price for the regular
language students of the same term.
Parties in Spring & Summer 2008 are free for the regular language
students of the same term and their family and friends.
Admissions procedures
Courses can be applied by telephone, fax, E-mail, etc. Completed
application forms including two passport photos must be received
2 weeks before the course begins. Any application form received
after deadline will be considered on a vacancy-available basis.
Upon confirming your application and registration, a registration
fee of RMB125 and the course fee are to be paid.
Request for changing class can be considered, provided there is
vacancy in the suitable course.
If not being able to take a registered course, we postpone your
study for the next course in the following term of the same calendar
year.
Cancellation
If a confirmed registration is cancelled within one week after
the program begins, 20% of the total tuition fee will be charged.
For cancellations made within two weeks after the program begins,
30% of the total tuition fee will be charged.
Comprehensive Service
Accommodation: We can help to arrange hotels
and apartments. Any order should be made one month in advance. Meals: Coffee and drinks during break time are
free for students, snacks need charge. We help to order Chinese
food, western food and fast food according to your taste. Visa Extension: We may help you with your visa
extension, provide us your passport, visa application form, temporary
residence permission and a photo one week before expiry date.
(the length of extension follows the official regulation of the
time) Communication: We offer Fax and IDD service against
charge and free Internet access. Shopping Guide: We help you to buy every kind
of material you need for Chinese culture courses. Business Consultation: We offer the consultation
of study, economy, finance, law, and employment. Pick Up Service, Departure Flight Booking Service:
For spring, summer and winter intensive course, with a group of
over 5 people, Mandarin Center offer pick up service from / to
airport, this service needs to be paid according to the expense.

about short-term intensive Chinese course for company employees,
about short-term intensive Chinese course for overseas groups,
and about Suzhou and Wuxi branches, please contact the front desk. 3. * You can download our registration form or fill it directly
in our website. If you register on internet, you need to pay registration
fee through bank or other means in order to confirm your enrollment. 4.
* For Spring, Summer and Winter Study Tour, students should sign
up 3 weeks ahead of the starting time, and will be confirmed by
fax after finish the payment.
Payment
We accept RMB, USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, traveler's check, credit card
(via bank), T/T. For any telegraphic transfer (T/T), please inform
our Center in advance, and the transferring time should be completed
within 15 working days. Bank interest will be charged for any
exceeding days.
*The bank commission charges will be paid by payer.
*Exchange rate is according to intraday official quoted price
promulgated by Bank of China.
