On filling this registration form, you are requested to read the following terms carefully. :: All above personal information and requirements are valid for communication and education. :: Suitable course is arranged based on your requirements and actual level examined by teachers of our center. :: The registration fee is US$15 (RMB 124.50) for each student. Please pay in advance in order to confirm your enrollment of our center. (NO refound for it) :: If students withdraw the Registration due to personal reasons, the registration fee can not be refunded. :: Tuition fee is to be paid within two weeks before the course starts. Students registering within one week before the course starts are requested to pay the tuition fee on registration. :: No insurance cost is included in tuition fee and registration fee. ::For being sure you will take your course in our center if your register from internet, please pay 10% of your tuition fee in advance if you are sure what course you would take. You can pay the 90% left 2 or 1 week before the open of the course. :: Registration withdrawal within one week after the course starts, 20% of total tuition fee should be charged. :: Registration withdrawal within two weeks after the course starts, 30% of total tuition fee should be charged. :: If students drop off due to personal reasons, the tuition fee cannot be refunded. :: Any request for changing courses can be considered only when you get the permission of our center. This change can be made only within the first two weeks after the course starts. :: When students on group course are to change into private course due to personal reasons, tuition fee is to be changed as well (see price list). The course must be conducted at the same period. :: We can help you to extend your visa. You should give us your visa and the form of temporary residence 15days before the expiration date. :: We can help you with your residence, but you need to confirm for that 1 month before, and pay in advance for your house or apartment as the houseowner required.
